Yeah. We are curious too. Which Zhu's family? What is the name of the family members? "Zhu" can also mean the animal pig; can also mean bamboo. or color red. can also mean cooking something. or means living in somewhere. Or completely different character as '祝“ family。 That was thousands years ago's mythology... Anyways, Harvard sometimes can be in ambiguous and in accurate too.

This is a super nit picky question but has the health benefits of eating fish twice a week been weighed against the health benefits of complete abstinence from fish in order to adhere to a plant based whole food diet? Who is the more healthy, pescatarians or adherents of a plant based whole food diet?

Studies that show red meat linked with cancer don't control for smokers. So we "don't know" if it was the meat, or the cancer-sticks. Oh yeah, such studies also don't control for things like rather red meat means grass-finish steak or McD's bugers.

The effects of endocrine disruptors are on the faces and bodies of speakers in this presentation. I am not trying to be offensive, but there is no reason to sugarcoat it, feminized males and masculine women are effects of biological warfare that is now culminating in transgenderism.

This has been my great grandfathers diet for decades. He has OCD, he is a retired government farmer, He is turning 118 years this December. He has spent more on his meals than he has on his children. He only eats three things every day. 1 kg Salmon 1 kg Spinach 2 liter Water These 3 things are mixed into a simmering soup with Oregano, Parsley, Coriander, Garam Masala, Garlic, Ginger and Turmeric.

Combine caffeine drinking and a lack of sleep caused by caffeine and you have a even greater chance of getting a migraine. A person should stop drinking caffeinated drinks and coffee 4-8 hours before bedtime. Keep moving it back until the person can easily fall asleep during bedtime and remember that chocolate has around 3 percent caffeine and overdoses of caffeine can be lethal.

I agree...Wouldn't it be wonderful to do a study on a diet of ultra-processed foods vs a simple carnivore diet of red meat and eggs? I'd love to see the results but something tells me we are not going to see a study like that any time soon. It reminds me of the lack of studies on vaccines in which they compare unvaccinated individuals with those who have been vaccinated. Smh.

IV. Now allow me to talk the breaking news at end: the war in Israel. Our major concern here as well is to improve the resilience of our students and people. Generally speaking conflict and by extension tends to amplify the cognitive rigidity that in turn dramatically reduce our attention span, affects our cognitive performance and put us at a greater risk of making poor decision or being lock in indecision. By so doing, geopolitics tension can dramatically reduce productivity, wellbeing and by extension negatively affect the academic outcomes of students and academic professional. So we need to help them deal with those situation. Geopolitics tensions can do so bec it increases pressures, negative emotions (fear, anger, frustrations) and all kinds of stressors.

  • @jamesmichaelwalker683

I agree with you and with Pr Drew as well. I'm so thankful to the Americans people and the way we've learned a lot after the 9 11 terrorist attacks. II. It sounds like more and more, our people are resilients and know how to deal with complex problem. III. I personally spends enough time understanding the Complexity Sciences. The first requirement to deal with a complex problem is to remain calm particularly leader. No need to panic. The second requirement is generosity. Yes I'm fine if I'm fine but how can I help. Is there someone who needs help around and how can help. In other words, Compassion. Well no need to elaborate everything here. But Mr James, we really need to train our students bec of the Era of Uncertainty, Hyper complexity and Hyper vulnerability world in which we enter.
